All of Us Research Program: An Introduction to Collaborative Research Focused on Breast Cancer
Abstract: The All of Us Research Program is a historic effort to collect and study data from a million or more people living in the United States. The goal of the program is better health for all of us. We will introduce the researcher workbench, review steps to building a cohort, and discuss results from leveraging the collaborate feature to study previously identified pathogenic germline variants among research partners diagnosed with breast cancer. We will conclude by sharing best practices for researchers in developing and collaborating across workspaces.
